518 Careers, operated by JRC Staffing Solutions, collects information needed to provide job-search, recruiting, talent-network, employer and interview-scheduling services.

Information We Collect

Candidate information may include contact details, resume content, employment preferences, application answers, ZIP code, relocation preferences and interview responses. Employer information may include business contact details, job postings, subscription activity and calendar-connection information.

How Information Is Used

We use information to process applications, operate the talent network, communicate job and interview updates, prevent fraud, support employers and improve 518 Careers. Applicant information may be shared with the employer responsible for the relevant job. Talent-network contact information is not automatically disclosed solely because an employer views a profile.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, secure storage, payments, email delivery, customer relationship management, applicant tracking and calendar connectivity. They receive only information needed to perform their services.

Calendar Information

Calendar access is optional. Details about the data requested, retained and deleted are provided in our Calendar Data Notice.

Retention and Choices

We retain information while it supports an active account, application, legal obligation or legitimate business purpose. You may disconnect a calendar from the interview page, manage job-email preferences through the unsubscribe link or request account-data deletion by emailing privacy@jrcstaffing.com.

Security

518 Careers uses access controls, encrypted credential and token storage, and limited administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
