These terms govern use of 518 Careers, operated by JRC Staffing Solutions. By using the site, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Candidates

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer or placement. Candidates are responsible for keeping their information accurate and attending confirmed interviews or promptly communicating changes.

Employers

Employers must provide accurate job information, comply with employment and anti-discrimination laws, protect candidate information and use talent-network access only for legitimate hiring purposes. Posting or subscription fees are governed by the selected purchase terms.

Calendar Connections

Calendar access is optional and used only to check availability and create, update or cancel interview events. Employers authorize 518 Careers to perform those actions for interviews scheduled through the site. Employers may revoke access at any time. Provider availability, permissions or account policies may affect synchronization.

Acceptable Use

You may not scrape candidate data, share account access, misrepresent an opportunity, upload malicious content, interfere with the service or use information obtained through 518 Careers for unrelated marketing.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party systems will always synchronize successfully. Users should verify critical interview details.
